If you write to us by e-mail, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram, we process your details to handle the enquiry and follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is deleted once the enquiry is settled and no statutory retention periods apply.
Messages via WhatsApp are additionally subject to the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. When you send a message, WhatsApp learns your number and the time. Use e-mail or phone as an alternative.
Links to Instagram open the pages of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Data is only transferred to Instagram once you click; no Instagram content is embedded on our site.
